The Statutes and the Code of Ethics
The Statutes define the Foundation’s purposes and rules. The Code of Ethics sets out the principles that should guide its choices and conduct. You can read the extract from the Statutes and the revised editions of the Code of Ethics and Charter of Founding Principles, pending adoption.
