The Foundation’s values take shape in everyday responsibilities: towards animals, people, nature and those who support the project.
Two documents, one shared responsibility.
The Charter of Founding Principles expresses our vision. The Code of Ethics defines the rules of conduct for turning it into practical choices, in accordance with the Statutes.
We make the revised editions available for consultation, prepared for forthcoming adoption by the governing body. They are not yet formally adopted documents.

Animal welfare, care, integrity, confidentiality and the responsibility of those working for the Foundation. Includes rules on access, resource management, communication and application of the Code.

Animal welfare guides every decision.
Animals entrusted to our responsibility are not instruments of trade, experimentation or entertainment. Care requires suitable environments, expertise and attention to continuity, even beyond any one person’s availability.
Sharing knowledge means bringing people closer to respect for animals while preserving their peace. Sanctuary visits are not currently planned: stories, images and the audiovisual system under development are our way of staying close from afar, without making the location identifiable.
Trust requires consistency.
Transparency in the use of resources, respect for people and truthful communication accompany animal protection. The documents distinguish principles from operating protocols and do not replace authorisations, veterinary assessments or legal obligations.
The Statutes remain the institutional reference. Adoption and updates to the Code fall within the governing body’s responsibilities under Article 15.
