Your contribution, step by step.
- Choose your contribution. A one-off or monthly donation, according to your means.
- Check before confirming. Review the amount, frequency and any optional contribution towards processing fees.
- Keep the confirmation. For the Foundation’s donation acknowledgement, write to us after making your payment.

A TANGIBLE MILESTONE
A hedge for life.
The new Sanctuary’s hedges will form a living boundary around its habitats. Of an estimated budget of €10,000, the Foundation has already allocated €5,500. A dedicated appeal helps us cover the remaining stretch: €4,500.
The general campaign remains the way to support the whole mission, including on an ongoing basis. If you prefer to support this specific step, you can choose the hedge appeal.

The campaign counter distinguishes new donations from resources already allocated by the Foundation and displays the gross amount raised: any fees reduce the net amount available. Estimates will be refined through quotations; funding coverage does not mean works have been completed. Follow the project’s stages and resources.

THE VALUE OF YOUR SUPPORT
An act of care, reflected in your tax return too.
Fondazione I Custodi della Terra is an Italian Third Sector entity registered with RUNTS. Donations may qualify for tax benefits under Italian law, for both individuals and businesses. Your contribution supports our mission; the documentation helps you claim any applicable relief in your tax return.
If you donate as an individual
Subject to Article 83 of the Italian Third Sector Code, you can choose between a 30% IRPEF tax credit on donations up to €30,000 per year, and a deduction of up to 10% of total declared income. The two benefits cannot be combined for the same donation.
If you donate as a business or entity
The donation may be deducted up to 10% of total declared income, subject to legal requirements. The limit concerns income, not turnover: a deduction reduces the taxable base, rather than reimbursing the entire amount donated.
The actual benefit depends on your tax situation and applicable limits, including overall limits on tax credits. Keep your payment receipt and check with an Italian tax assistance centre (CAF) or your accountant which relief you can use.

Our acknowledgement of your contribution.
Once receipt of the funds has been verified, we will email you an acknowledgement of the donation received. This is the document by which the Foundation confirms your donation: keep it together with your payment receipt for the person preparing your tax return.
To receive it, write to info@icustodidellaterra.org, providing the donor’s full name or the organisation or business name, tax code, donation date, amount and payment method (bank transfer or Donorbox). We will contact you if further information is needed.
You do not need to send complete bank statements, identity documents or other people’s details. The acknowledgement does not replace proof of a traceable payment or automatically confer tax relief.
Informed support
Bank transfer remains a direct way to support the Foundation. On Donorbox, you can choose a one-off or monthly donation: always check the frequency before confirming. Automatic payment confirmation is separate from the Foundation’s donation acknowledgement. For documentation requests or to agree on a specific use for your contribution, contact us before making the payment.
